Welcome to ASH Berry Farm

Hi! We are a small berry farm located in the Comox Valley, Vancouver Island. We have Upick and prepicked strawberries, raspberries and pickling cukes. Our berries are SPRAY FREE and we are now using organic fertilizers on our plantings. Strawberries are known to have a high pesticide load BUT NOT OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE HAVE TWO DOGS ON THE FARM. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG UNLESS YOU CAN LEAVE IT IN YOUR CAR!

How our farm is run!

We have blue and norway spruce for sale. Some are perfect for live Christmas Trees. Most $17, larger $27. Call and come and take a look!

June 27, 2009 - A family stopped in on their way fishing!! ;)

Not really -- we had a little rain today but some people just have to get their berries.

This family came dressed for the worst, but only had to brave a light drizzle.

Now that's a nice looking bowl of Strawberries!!!!

RIPE BERRIES: We do NOT expect anyone to pick a berry that is not ripe RIGHT TO THE VERY TIP. Those berries should be left on until the next go thru the field. Berries on the field do not all ripen at once, so we must pick systematically (Believe me I wish I had a direct line to Mother Nature!). This means sometimes you get a row that has fewer ripe berries. NO WORRIES. If you need more picking space, we will give you more. PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU HAVE TO PICK AND LEAVE HERE WITH UNRIPE BERRIES. And right now we have gazillions of berries to come, so you everyone will get their winter supply!
